January Sales.

Yes I'll be the first to say "I hate sale shopping". It's crowded and half the time you can understand why the items are in the sale. BUT. You never know what you might find, one man's trash is another man's treasure, so have a good rummage. Also, it's cheaper and as long as you don't go crazy with the sales you will save yourself some money. Go buy yourself a few things in the sale and then don't allow yourself to buy an item of clothing until March/April time. Nowadays, it's easier anyway if you wanna browse through the sales in your pyjamas with a cup of tea and a few biscuits you can. So why not!

I'm Back

I haven't posted in a while, but now Knee Suede Boots and Faux Fur Gilets are seriously grabbing everyones attention...
and why shouldn't they! They can offer diversity to even the simplest outfits. Whether you wear your Fur Gilet with a long sleeved jumper or paired with a short sleeved tee you can't go wrong. The same goes for the Boots that make your legs look flawlessly long, wear with a dress or over jeans, the options are endless.

If I was a Billionaire.

Ted Baker would be my best friend.
The clothes are just to die for. Literally. If I was a billionaire, they would have no clothes to sell, because I would happily buy it all. The designs are elegant and combine classic looks with contemporary edge - what more could you want. Yes the price tags are a tad higher than I and I'm sure a lot of other people would like, but you're paying for quality. Their patterns and designs are simply beautiful but fascinating different. Also, they do try and be nice, offering 20% student discount, so save up and treat yourself. Ted Baker, Ted Baker, Ted Baker; I love you.

Just Look at Her.

Zendaya.

A fashion inspiration, but so much more as well. She stands up for what she believes in, making her an incredible role model to everyone and she is drop dead gorgeous.
Zendaya wears the clothes; they don't wear her. She's confident in her own body and knows what she likes but also what suits her. She can make any outfit look good from casual jeans to an oscar worthy outfit. Her styles so across the board, trying a variety of looks. But why stick to one style if you can wear them all. Take a leaf out of Zendaya's book, get confident in your own body and therefore you will start wearing your clothes instead of them wearing you.

Ultimate Mix.

http://www.zara.com/uk/

Zara. If it isn't your best friend, then it should be. It mixes the luxury quality and designs of top designers with the edge and price tag of the high street. Every store makes you feel like you're shopping in Ted Baker, Karen Millen or Marc by Marc Jacobs. The texture and cut of the clothes is divine. Pure Bliss.

Which is exactly why I brought my coat from there.

The green and gold is a well thought out colour combination as it's unusually striking. The wool adds a gorgeous texture to the coat with horizontal ribbing. The overly sized pockets add another detail to the coat in order to not be too simple. The A-Line structure is delightfully elegant and seemingly slimming. This comfy and warm wool coat just shy of £60 is a perfect example of Zara being the ultimate mix of high street and designer fashion.

Statement.

http://www.vogue.co.uk/fashion/trends

Whether you're a trend-setter or a trend-follower it doesn't matter, because at the end of the day we are all making a statement from the clothes we choose to wear every single day. We don't have to follow what is said to be the in thing but we can if we choose or we can choose to make the in thing adapt and work for our own individual styles depending on what STATEMENT we want to make.
